The following plots and storylines are currently being played in Hawthorne Manor. If you have a plot or storyline you feel should be added to this, please e-mail us us.

Please note that the majority of these plots are all tied into each other.

Julia's Manor
Since Julia Hawthorne has bought Hawthorne Manor, the spirits have seemed very restless. Julia, too, seems strange and distant, but the reason for this is unknown. There is a malignant presence hanging over the manor and most, even ordinary mortals, are now aware of it. But no one seems to know what it is. And now... at intermittent moments, the manor... breathes. And certain books in the library bleed.

The body of Katherine Manley was discovered in the manor's attic by Julia, decaying and with an obvious hole in the center of its forehead/skull. Papers were also found that indulged Ms. Manley's real last name... Hawthorne. She was buried by Manor staff in the Hawthorne gardens.

Once the body was removed, a tower was constructed, leading from the attic, but as to its purpose, no one really knows what it's for.

The last words anyone has heard coming from Julia's mouth are: "It's here."

Into The Dreaming
For many, many years, Avalon and The Dreaming was impossible to get to, for mortals and for Changelings, forever having been locked away from the world after the Sundering. It is here, however, where the true fae live, those of the purest faerie blood. However, there are five Openers, who can walk between the two worlds, including bastard children of both Queen Titania and King Auberon. And one of these Openers has become Queen of Faerie, much to her chagrin.

The time of Auberon and Titania has ended, and new blood will rule the land. And the Changelings are being beckoned back to their Promised Land.

The World of Darkness Gets Darker
The prince of Boston disappeared and then reappeared six months later. He will not say where he's been, and seeing him is next to impossible. He has recently taken over his Princely duties for the City, and he rules with an iron fist.

Tuesday nights are now the official Open House night for the Elysium at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. All Kindred can attend in order to meet the Prince, as well as other City officials. This is also the night to discuss City business. If you are interested in playing a character of title, or would like to see who plays a character of title, check this list to see what's available.

The Toreador clan of Salem has called upon an emergency meeting to all of their brood across the country in preparation of a Jyhad against the Nosferatu. Details are still extremely sketchy, but rumor abounds that the a precious artifact of the Toreadors has been stolen, though this is yet to be confirmed.

There is an ever-larger growing amount of Ravnos appearing in a vardo just outside of Salem, a strange sight as of late since the awakening of their Antedelluvian and his unquenching thirst of his brood. Yet, unlike the remaining of their tattered clan, this vardo is functioning in peace, without quarrel or bloodshed.

Meanwhile, the Ventrue have reported to the Boston Camarilla (which is ever-so-small) that several packs of Sabbat within the area have aligned themselves, and are spending countless millions of dollars in arms and other "weapons." It seems like the Sabbat of Boston are preparing for something.......... violent.

The Giovanni have instilled an "embrace at will" ruling - does that mean that they are preparing for something big by increasing their ranks?

On another side, mortal police have requested the aid of several outside law enforcement Forensic Pathology departments in hopes of catching a serial killer named, "the angel of death." According to their PR department, this madmen has murdered over 19 people so far, apprently without motive or preference of victim. However, an inside informant has revealed that the casualty count leans towards the 40 or 50 mark, including several catholic priests, with his victims all sharing one similarity; a single gaping hole the size of a half-dollar at the top of the skull.

The garou have begun to notice changes as well, but their main concern is the pregnancy of Robyn McDermiott, a Dreamspeaker and Fianna kin. Could she truly be about to have the "Child of Prophecy" that they'd all heard tell of? One who will help save the Garou Nation? But they have to remind themselves, that if indeed this child is born into the world, its antithesis shall also come into a being, a child of the Wyrm.

Finally, gypsies have begun to flock to Hawthorne Manor, as if awaiting some great final event. Their camp is just outside of Salem, about 15 minutes from the manor's location.

The Riceans Escape New Orleans
Most Ricean vampires have been notified that New Orleans is no longer safe from the Talamasca's reaches. This once benevolent organization seems to be under new management and seems to want something from the vampires in question. Lestat, Merrick, David and others have flocked to New York.

There is also a group of Talamasca members flocking to Hawthorne Manor to witness current reports of strange happenings afoot, aside from the usual hauntings and the like. The malignant presence over the manor seems to call out to any who would hear it.

Marius has gone missing as well and Armand has asked Lestat to gather the others together in New York.
