I shall assume that you understand what this page is; fan fiction being prominent online, and all. But, I shan't assume you know who I am, or why this page is, or any of that stuff. So, in brief: I'm a fan fiction junkie. I read it, I write it, I come home every day and look forward to my online time so that I might do both these things. This is my site for my stuff, and the fic that I recommend as a good, tastey treat.

Fan fiction is, in fact, an infringement of copyright. I'm using someone else's characters, setting and storyline for my own profit. That profit, however, is in the form of feedback. That's not monetary in any way; it's verbal or written. I make no money via the stories on this site, nor do I ever plan on it. However, I do clearly intend infringement and violation of the copyrights held on the settings and characters I use. I don't see any point in beating around that bush. It's silly.
But, please don't sue me. I'm a poor college girl.
Also, some of my stuff is for adults only. While I don't particularly like the way people have adopted film rating styles for pointing out what audience a fic is suited for, I use it. I use it because it helps you decide if you want to read my stuff. For those of you who don't know American film ratings: G (General - nothing offensive), PG (Parental Guidance - cursing, a little innuendo, nothing that won't go over a wee child's head), PG-13 (Parental Guidance of 13 Year Old's and Up - not meant for anyone not a teenager), R (Restricted - adults only, nudity, cursing, violence, etc), NC-17 (No One Under 17 Allowed - there's some sex, or something very, very offensive).
Also, I write :: SLASH :: . Slash is when two characters of the same gender are involved in a romantic or sexual relationship. The fics that involve slash will be clearly labled. If it's not your thing, you don't have to read it. Don't flame me; I won't read it, nor will I rise to your bait. Your opinions of what I consider to be morally okay just don't concern me.
