Regeneration: The ability to instantly heal almost any wound. The spell can heal on himself or another, instantly sealing life treating wounds and even organ damage with out as much as leaving a scar.
Purify: This spell will remove from a body all foreign objects. This will instantly cure most common poisons (not diseases) and make a puddle of toxic liquids into pure drinking water.
Teleport: The ability to jump through space, time and even dimensions. This spell requires a little time to set up so is useless in combat, however another version Froistan has allows him to Teleport via line-of-sight instantly(hey, I can do that. The dimension thing, I mean).
Summons: Froistan has control of a small pocket dimension he calls "The Warehouse". There Froistan keep piles of everything from guns to food. The spell allow him to instantly summon from it and send to it. He is often looking for things to add to his collection.
Barrier: The spell creates a shimmering field of energy. It can be used to protect himself or to contain a fight. If he is killed before the barrier it terminated everything inside will be destroyed.
Force Manipulation: This spell allow Froistan to change physics for a few seconds. He can stop a bullet mid-flight of send a rock flying at mach speeds. The spell also allows him to change the way energy work allowing him to bend light turning invisible or deflect a laser with only a thought.
